Building Organizational Resiliency Pathways
The "Building Organizational Resiliency Pathways" workshop for leadership provides an exploration of mental health within the workplace, beginning with a definition of mental health and a discussion on mental health disabilities. Participants will engage with the prevention continuum of care, examining the spectrum of strategies to support mental well-being. The workshop delves into the complexities of work-related stress and occupational stressors, including both organizational and operational factors. It will also address critical risk factors like moral injury, compassion fatigue, and burnout, equipping participants with the knowledge to recognize and mitigate these challenges. Finally, the workshop will guide attendees in establishing both organizational and individualized resilience pathways, focusing on protective factors that foster a resilient work environment.

Building Individual Resiliency Pathways
The "Building Individual Resiliency Pathways" workshop is designed to empower participants by exploring strategies for cultivating personal resilience. This session examines how to develop a personalized trajectory toward self-resiliency, including the cultivation of self-care, self-compassion, and coping flexibility. Participants will learn to foster a healthy self-view and enhance their self-efficacy, equipping them to proactively manage stress and anxiety. Through practical discussions, the workshop aims to provide tools that support the adoption of proactive coping mechanisms, helping individuals navigate challenges with greater confidence and adaptability.

Mental Health Disability Management – Mental Health in the Workplace
The workshop on Mental Health Disability Management for executives and managers is designed to equip leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively support employees facing mental health-related concerns or disabilities. The session covers how to approach and engage in conversations with employees whose behaviour may suggest the presence of a mental health issue, identify psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, and implement effective accommodations and disability management strategies. Participants will learn how to address mental health issues with empathy, aiming to improve performance, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the workshop will provide stress management techniques tailored specifically for managers, enabling them to foster a healthier work environment while maintaining their own well-being.
